For those that may have been hiding under a rock...or maybe in your FFXI bat cave...or maybe you live in Canada where
we don't obsess over this kinda stuff >.> ...

If U Seek Amy is the latest Britney Spears single. It's really quite catchy and
has a 300% chance to get stuck in your head for days on end. So...good job on that, whoever wrote this song.

Anywho, If U Seek Amy has been in the American news well before it's video release...
and here's why...

Parents are having fits. Music channels and radio stations don't know what to do with the song. Blog spots are plastered with chatter
of it all. The amount of time spent on actual news television coverage of this is unbelievable.

Mass talk of having the song and video banned from play anywhere.

This is NOT the first song to do such a thing. If U Seek Amy is not setting lyrical records or making history.

The controversy over this simple trickery of words...is absolutely astounding.

They're angry at what it is implying, calling it an "embedded message" ...

Yet, just as sheer similar genre comparison, Rihanna's Shut Up And Drive gets madcrazy
airplay and airtime worldwide, 24/7.
